Last up in the roundup is the stunning Mz. Mimz. Coming from Brooklyn by way of Chocolate City (D.C. for those who donkno), Amber Mimz stepped on stage and blew me away with her fly get-up (best use of a Parliament album cover. Ever. See pic above).
